Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OUAI, but if a product doesn't work for you, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Simply ensure the product is in its original packaging and has at least 50% of its contents remaining.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different scent or formula, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original box, and affix the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive it at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
